Jackson in a box

Ah, kids. Remember the day when you used your imagination? Like all the time? Have you ever seen the Spongebob episode where Spongebob ordered a new TV just so he could play with the box? This is a favorite at our house. (Yes, we all watch Spongebob. Sue me.) Spongebob and Patrick play in the box, use their imagination and have all kinds of adventures. Every time I come across a box, the boys love to play in it. I would have guessed that they would have outgrown this activity years ago, but that’s not the case as you can see below.

Even Ethan gets in on the action:

Imagination. At what age does it take a backseat to the real world? At what age do we turn into Squidward and neglect to use it? I want to be a little more like Spongebob. Who knew Spongebob would teach me something?

And in case you need instructions on how to use your imagination, go here and take a lesson from Spongebob. You’ll be glad you did.
